Send "Text-to-Cell" phone messages worldwide for free on your PC !  

There are a few free PC applications out there, that let you send text messages to cell phones for free. Not all will work worldwide, except for Pinger's TextFree application which works anywhere around the world on cell phones that receives text messages.
