Firefox 3 out today

Apparently it is not yet available yet on the software update servers (updating from within the program) but will be soon. However you can get it now through the Firefox webpage:

If you have a problem with Firefox 3 crashing when you try to open it (like I did) uninstall Firefox 3 and delete the Mozilla Firefox Program Files folder. This will not delete your profile or bookmarks...they are stored elsewhere in the Firefox Application Data folder. Then install it again and you should be fine.

There is an update for Mozilla Firefox to version 3.01 for the browser today it should automatically update thru Firefox.

For those with Ubuntu  Linux, Firefox 3.01 came through today through the Update Manager.
